Biography
As a Registered Client Associate at Wayzata Bay PWM of Green Wealth Management Group, Sheri Rhyan’s depth of professionalism is only matched by her passion to see people – especially women – achieve financial independence.
Throughout her 25+ years in financial services, Sheri developed proficiencies in everything from compliance, to managing client relationships, to financial advisory services. Prior to joining the team that would pioneer Wayzata Bay, she began her career with Piper Jaffray in downtown Minneapolis and helped open the first Raymond James branch in Minnesota. As well, Sheri has a BA in Business Administration from University of St. Thomas.
Sheri has a great love for the Minneapolis community and gives back whatever way she can. In particular, she loves engendering interest and comprehension for financial services in young women. She’s volunteered at the Teresa Living Center, Habitat for Humanity, and served on various boards including Ramsey Hospital (formerly Regions) and the Center for Economic Progress.
Originally from Saint Paul, Sheri now resides in Nokomis near South Minneapolis. Outside of the office, she most enjoys spending time with her two grown daughters, son in law, and three grandchildren. When she gets some free time, Sheri loves discovering locally owned restaurants, visiting farmer’s markets and traveling!
